Submission Guidelines

The paper should be the result of original research which has not yet been published in other magazines or journals.
The paper should be in English, and be submitted in Word format.
All pages must be a doubled-space page and in 12pt Arial font. The paper should be approximately 3000 to 8000 words in length. A longer article will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
The accompanying abstract should be written in English.
The following order should be followed in the writing of the manuscript: abstract, introduction, research method, analysis and result, conclusion, and bibliography.
The bibliography should be consistent with the following rules: author, title, place of publication, publisher, year, and page numbers.
The editors will only accept a manuscript in the form of digital files or by e-mail attachment.

You will receive a personal reply within one week of receipt. Our current read time is 4 to 6 weeks. If you have not heard from us after those time frames, please contact us. Since 2013 the journal is publishing twice a year (in April and October) as electronic publishing, but now we have already provided printed publishing.
